Rainbow Springs Residents' Organization
The Rainbow Springs Residents’ Organization, Inc. (RSRO) was established with you, the resident, in mind. In essence, it is YOUR organization and is comprised of a group of volunteers whose purpose is to enhance the feeling of community by conducting social events for the membership; to provide communication with the residents of the Villages of Rainbow Springs for matters of community interest; and to establish contacts with outside agencies.

The RSRO Board encourages all new and established residents, be they property owners or renters, to become members of the organization. This includes all residents in Country Club Estates, Country Club Estates South, Country Club Estates East, The Boundary, Fox Trace, The Villas, Fairway Estates, Fairway Estates West, The Forest, Grand Park, Grand Park North, and The Woodlands.

The Membership fee is currently $20 per year, per household, and qualifies your household for one vote in any election of officers and/or change to the by-laws. You also receive, free of charge, a Resident Directory, which lists the name, address and telephone number of all your neighbors, as well as other useful information.  To be included in the directory, access the resources tab, look for forms and open the directory change/add form.  The form will be sent directly to our email address.  (You can also print and mail in using the pdf form.)

Membership entitles you to participate in any events hosted by the RSRO. It gives you the opportunity to get to know and interact with other people, just like you, who enjoy living in Rainbow Springs. It’s a chance to become active in your community and to find others with common interests, hobbies, and pastimes.

Some of the events hosted by the RSRO include:

An Annual Picnic
An Annual Dinner Dance
Shredder Day, to destroy personal documents only
Two Community-Wide Garage Sales, held in the Spring & Fall
An Annual Photo Contest for the Directory Cover
Any other social event as decided upon by the Board

It also affords you the opportunity to serve as a member of the RSRO Board or to participate on a board appointed committee, where you help choose what activities will most benefit our community and then delight in seeing them through to fruition.
Neighbors Connecting Neighbors” . . . That’s what it’s all about!
